A healthy body is fueled with more raw fruits, veggies, greens, nuts, seeds, microgreens and sprouts. Drink plenty of water each day to stay hydrated and eat a variety of fruits and veggies to build a strong microbiome.
When you take care of yourself, you can give more to others. You can't pour from an empty cup, fill yourself up first so that you can give to others.
Use IT! or Lose IT! This is so true the older you get. Move your body by doing something you love, you don't have to be a bodybuilder, you just have to be regular in moving your body. Find what you love and do that, even if it's just walking your dog.
