Green Lemonade Smoothie 

5 ingredients 5 minutes 1 serving 


1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy! 


1/2 Banana (frozen)

1 cup Frozen Pineapple

1 cup Kale Leaves (chopped)

3/4 cup Water

1/4 cup Lemon Juice (freshly squeezed) 


More Flavor

Add a pinch of salt, fresh ginger, or maple syrup to taste.

More Vegetables

Add frozen cauliflower or zucchini.

No Kale

Use spinach instead.

More Fiber

Add chia seeds or ground flaxseed.
